Taylor & Francis – Publishing conditions 2025

The annual quota for OA publication under the transformative agreement has been depleted for 2025.

• Eligibility​
  • Responsible corresponding author affiliated to a b-on member institution on article acceptance;
  • Eligible article types: All core, peer-reviewed original research article types; ​
  • Article accepted for publication after the effective date of the agreement, before December 31^st 2025;​
• Publication route
  • Hybrid journals: up to 310 articles in 2025 in Open Select (Hybrid) journals;​
  • GOA Journals: not included in this agreement.

• How to benefit from OA conditions:​​
  1. Submit the article;
  2. Declare institutional affiliation;
  3. On acceptance, following notification from the publisher of the eligibility, select the option publish for open access publication under the b-on agreement;
  4. b-on is notified of the intention of the author to publish in open access and proceeds to verify the affiliation on the T&F portal¹.

¹ In cases where the eligibility cannot be approved, the authors have the choice to publish the article behind a paywall or in open access and covering the associated APC;
